Good service, English support could improve

I am from Poland and use Google Translate sometimes when I read the help articles. The mining and the payouts are all good, no problem there. Only feedback is some help pages have small mistakes in translation, but not very important.

Took a minute to learn but the ROI is real

I will admit the difference between the starter and pro plans confused me at first — I had to read the FAQ twice. Once it clicked, the math is very straightforward. Started small, reinvested earnings into a second plan after week three, and I am now ahead of where I projected.

Great platform, support could be faster on weekends

The product itself is excellent — withdrawals are quick on weekdays and the daily ROI on my Antminer plan has been spot on. Only knocking a star because I opened a ticket on a Sunday and did not get a reply until Monday afternoon. Not a deal breaker but worth knowing.
