Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CryptoMine. By creating an account or purchasing a mining plan, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CryptoMine, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised, fraudulent, or used for prohibited conduct.

3. Deposits

All deposits are subject to manual review before being credited. Deposits sent to incorrect addresses or without the required reference information may be delayed or lost. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct destination and for providing accurate transaction references.

4. Mining Plans

Mining plans represent a contract for a fixed duration during which we allocate a share of hash power from our infrastructure to your account. Earnings are calculated daily based on the plan's stated daily rate and credited automatically to your wallet balance.

Plans cannot be cancelled once activated. Plans run for their full duration and earnings are not retroactively adjustable. The total return on a plan comes from the sum of its daily credits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before being released. Processing times depend on the coin, network congestion, and compliance checks. We reserve the right to request additional verification for unusual withdrawal activity.

6. Fees

Network fees for crypto transactions are deducted from withdrawal amounts. The platform does not charge additional fees on deposits, mining earnings, or account activity. Fee policies may be updated and will be displayed on the relevant pages.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity
Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them responsibly
Reselling or transferring access to your CryptoMine account
Submitting false identity or payment information

8. Limitation of Liability

CryptoMine is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunity costs. Cryptocurrency mining carries inherent market risk — see our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be released to a verified wallet address on account closure.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where CryptoMine is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.
